Instruction for Use of Anti-grinding Mouth Guard

Step One

Prepare 100℃ boiling water. Soak the mouth guard  in hot water for 90 seconds.

Step Two

Place the mouth guard protector into the mouth, bite for shaping. If too hot, can soak it or flush in cold water for 1-2 seconds.

Step Three

After 30 seconds, Remove the mouth guard  from the bracket. Finally, the dental guard is fitted into the mouth.

Cautions:

Hot water need to avoid overheating ,about 65-80C,when placing mouth guard tray into mouth,press lightly around each tooth for better fit .If the first time not work,repeat it again.
